Trying to Coordinate Dr's appts for 6 kids

gets quite tiring these days. Dawson has multiple appts with multiple specialists all the time and now to add to his craziness Emma and Jenna are set to see a few different dr's (developmental pead,neurologists,psychologist) plus regular check ups for immunizations eye exams ext (Owen is due for his 4-6 year booster,Mikalah is due for an eye exam and has been getting pain in her foot and now there is a lump so needs to be looked at, and 6 kids need their teeth cleaned). Man I am tired after after making the calls let alone going to the appts.
